If you think makeup isn’t art, then you probably didn’t see the works of Instagram user Annalie. This talented makeup artist took pushes the boundaries of eye makeup and creates “eye art” that’s hard to come by anywhere else.

Annalie’s works could be considered “miniature paintings” because she uses the makeup tools to draw characters or intriguing shapes around the eye, incorporating it into the overall makeup. In order to create her works, she draws inspiration from movies, cartons and animal world.
