$47 Million – 56 Leonard Street, New York City

There are 10 penthouse apartments at the St. Leonard development and none of them come cheap. They share a library, indoor and outdoor theater, sky estuary including a rather nice lap pool and other amenities.

As you can see, residents have a 360-degree view of New York from their apartments and they can see for miles on a clear day.

The building was designed by Herzog & de Meuron and is often known affectionately by locals as “The Jenga Tower.”

$50 Million – Faena Residence, Miami Beach

One of America’s most iconic penthouses is the stunning Faena Residence at Miami Beach in Florida. It is a duplex arrangement with a respectable 8,273 square feet of floor space. That houses an impressive 5 bedrooms.

It also has a whopping 10,000 square feet of decking running around the outside of the building which allows the residents to get some stunning views of the ocean. It also accommodates a 70-foot long swimming pool.

 $80 Million – Dome Penthouse At The Plaza, New York City

This may be a cool $80 million, but it’s one of New York’s most desired residential space, too. It rarely changes hands and its current owner Tommy Hilfiger was lucky to be able to snap it up. He spent a cool $20 million on renovating the place to his preferred standard.
